Tilapia with Leeks Serves2 2 tilapia filets ˝ of the white part of a leek cut in strips 2 tablespoon soy butter ˝ tablespoon thyme leaves 1 can nonstick spray ˝ lemon squeezed 1. Heat a large sauté pan then spray it then add the filets and cook five minutes on each side then season with salt and pepper. 2. While the fish is cooking add leeks to the pan then add ˝ a cup water, simmer two minutes, add butter and lemon 3. Put leeks on top of filets then pour on the pan liquid
