Turkey Breast with Maple Glaze Serves 4 1 1/2 pound turkey tenderloins or turkey breast ¼ cup maple syrup ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce 1 cup canned chestnuts lightly chopped .Preheat oven to 375 1. Mix together soy sauce and syrup then put the turkey on a roasting pan and coat with the glaze then put in the oven and cook for fifteen minutes. 2. Take the turkey out of the oven and baste with the pan juices and glaze, add the chestnuts then put back in the oven and continue cooking for fifteen more minutes. 3. Remove from the oven and let rest five minutes then slice and serve.
