Broccoli with Parmesan Serves 4 2 heads broccoli cut in florets ½ a medium onion sliced thin 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon chopped garlic ¼ cup of olive oil 1. Bring two quarts water to a boil then add 1 tablespoon salt 2. Put the broccoli into the water and cook for four minutes then Drain and set a side. 3. Heat the same pan on high heat then add olive oil , onions and Garlic, stir for three minutes then add the broccoli and toss lightly. 4. Season with salt and pepper then sprinkle on the cheese and serve.
