Temph Cassoulet Serves4 1 8oz can pinto beans 1 pack flavored or plain tempeh 1 medium carrot ¼ inch dice 2 stalks celery ¼ inch dice ½ medium onion ¼ inch dice 8 sage leaves chopped 1 tablespoon garlic chopped 3 cups vegetable stock ¼ cup olive oil 1 ½ cups bread crumbs 1. Heat a sauté pan add oil, put in the onions, carrots Celery, sauté for five minutes and stir. 2. Add pinto beans , stir then season with salt and pepper, add stock, simmer three minutes then top with bread crumbs, bake for thirty minutes.
